September 5, 2023 – We are excited to announce Trae Fletcher
as the newest member of Crete Mechanical Group in the role of Chief Financial
Officer.
As CFO, Trae is responsible for leading the financial and
accounting functions of the company and providing strategic guidance in support
of the company’s growth initiatives.
Trae brings more than 15 years of finance experience across
multiple industries. Before joining Crete, Trae served as Vice President of
Finance for American Tire Distributors, North America’s largest replacement
tire distributor, overseeing treasury, investor relations, corporate finance,
and financial shared services. He also served as Vice President of Financial
Planning and Analysis at ATD. Prior to ATD, Trae held financial roles at Lowe’s
Company and Delhaize America.
Trae earned his B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and
his MBA from Wake Forest University.
