As Vice President of Energy Services, Lucas will lead Crete’s Energy Services division. The new Energy Services division will generate new revenue opportunities for our partners while elevating the Crete brand. We will continue to work collaboratively with our partners, customers, and communities to bring a suite of sustainable solutions to people and the planet through the built environment.
Lucas brings 20+ years of experience in the Building Services and Energy Retrofit industry. Prior to joining Crete, Lucas was ABM’s Senior Director of Data & Analytics, where he led enterprise-wide improvement strategies for their largest Integrated Facility Services clients. While at ABM, he led programs around energy savings reporting and risk analysis, financial database creation and deployment, and large project forecasting processes. Previously, Lucas held roles at Honeywell in System/Service Sales and Operational Leadership of the Americas Measurement & Verification team, serving public and federal Energy Savings Performance Contract clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Lucas earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He and his family live in Indianapolis, Indiana.
