Largest Mass Timber Building in the US is LEED Gold Certified
Emerald Built Environments, a Crete United Company, led sustainability for INTRO Cleveland – a 300k sf mixed-use residential project. The building includes 298 apartments and over 36,000 sf of ground-floor retail space, a rooftop pool and a penthouse event venue with over one acre of public green space. Designed with efficiency in mind, the building’s design projects 34% annual savings over baseline, achieved a 21% reduction in GHG emissions during construction and conserves 100% of stormwater on site.
