Sheraton

Sheraton Lake Buena Vista confronted a crisis with a failed main chiller, leaving the entire hotel without AC. SAM Mechanical, a Crete United Company, transported a new chiller to Florida and our IR Mechanical team installed it. In just two months, amid the August heat, the hotel was operational, saving a significant amount of money.

The Harbour School

General & Mechanical Services, a Crete United Company, successfully executed a time-sensitive project for The Harbour School in Owings Mills, MD, involving replacing 20 rooftop air conditioner units within four weeks. The project encompassed the removal of existing units using crane and rigging, installation of new units and re-utilization of the steel base and roof curb.
